1. INTRODUCTION

By accessing the TPM2 website and/or purchasing our products, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we request that you do not use our services or purchase our products.

1.1 Definitions

• TPM2: Company responsible for assembling TPM 2.0 modules for X99 motherboards, headquartered in Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil.
• TPM 2.0 Modules: Specific hardware developed by BIOS-iEngineer.
• Website: TPM2’s online platform where products are available for sale.
• User/Customer: Individual or legal entity that accesses the website and/or purchases TPM2 products.
• Jumper: Connection required for the module’s full functionality, especially after system reboots.

2. PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY

2.1 Product Description

TPM 2.0 for X99 from TPM2.com.br includes:

• 1 TPM 2.0 JLPC1 10-pin module

2.2 Compatibility Notice

THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:

• The modules are developed specifically for certain motherboards.
• Compatibility is NOT guaranteed for all revisions of motherboards with the same name.
• It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific model before purchasing.
• Some X99 motherboards may have compatibility issues due to non-standard construction or quality.

2.3 Installation and Usage Requirements

• Basic installation is plug-and-play, requiring no soldering.
• For full functionality, especially after system reboots, it is necessary to jumper the TPM module to the Super I/O.
• IMPORTANT WARNING: TPM2 STRONGLY RECOMMENDS PURCHASING THIS MODULE ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PERFORM THE JUMPER FROM THE TPM MODULE TO THE SUPER I/O.
• Without the jumper, the TPM 2.0 module will not initialize if the computer is restarted by the system. In this case, the user must completely shut down the computer and power it on again.

3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

3.1 Purchase Process

The Customer must follow the purchase process available on the website, providing the requested information and selecting their preferred payment method.

3.2 Prices and Payment Methods

• Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted payment methods will be informed during the purchase process.

3.3 Purchase Confirmation

The purchase will only be considered finalized after payment confirmation and the sending of a confirmation email by TPM2.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Policies

• Products will be shipped from Goiás (GO).
• The shipping period starts upon payment confirmation.
• TPM2 will provide a tracking code when the product is dispatched.

4.2 Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the Customer’s location and the postal service used.
• TPM2 is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.

4.3 Product Verification

The Customer must inspect the product upon delivery and immediately report any issues or discrepancies.

5. RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

5.1 Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)

The Customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, applicable only to purchases made within Brazil, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.

For international purchases, the automatic right of withdrawal does not apply, as described in section 5.4.

5.2 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be in its original packaging;
• Show no signs of use, improper assembly, or physical damage;
• Be returned with all accompanying items and accessories.

⚠️ Incompatibility with the Customer’s motherboard will only be accepted as a reason for return if the Customer has previously verified compatibility with their specific model.

5.3 Warranty

TPM2 products have a legal warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, mishandling, or product modifications;
• Incompatibility with motherboards not listed as compatible or with irregular revisions;
• Damage caused by power surges, inadequate power supply, or negligence.

5.4 Returns for International Purchases

Due to high international logistics costs and differences in legislation, we do not accept returns for withdrawal or incompatibility for purchases made outside Brazil.

International return requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Product with manufacturing defects;
• Product shipped different from the ordered item.

In these cases:

• The Customer must contact TPM2 within 7 (seven) days of receipt, attaching photos and a description of the issue;
• International returns will only be authorized after technical analysis and a formal response from the TPM2 team;
• All international logistics costs, fees, reshipping taxes, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

As an alternative to international returns, TPM2 may, at its discretion, offer:

• Shipment of a new product at no additional cost;
• Partial refund;
• Credit for future purchases.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Design and Technology Ownership

The design and technology of the TPM 2.0 modules are the intellectual property of BIOS-iEngineer. TPM2 is authorized to assemble and sell these modules.

6.2 Restrictions

The Customer is expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or reverse-engineering the design of the TPM 2.0 modules.
• Using the name, brand, or any intellectual property of TPM2 or BIOS-iEngineer without prior written authorization.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Product Use

TPM2 is not responsible for:

• Damage caused to the motherboard or other computer components during the installation of the TPM 2.0 module.
• Data loss or any other damages resulting from the use of the TPM 2.0 module.
• Incompatibility of the module with motherboards not listed as compatible.

7.2 Technical Knowledge

The Customer acknowledges that installing the TPM 2.0 module, particularly performing the jumper, requires technical knowledge and assumes the associated risks.

8. COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

8.1 Communication Channels

TPM2 provides customer service channels for questions, complaints, and technical support, which must be used for any product-related communication.

8.2 Technical Support

Technical support offered by TPM2 is limited to guidance on the installation and use of the TPM 2.0 module, excluding remote or on-site installation services.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9.1 Data Collection and Use

TPM2 collects and uses Customers’ personal data as described in its Privacy Policy, available on the website.

9.2 Data Security

TPM2 is committed to adopting security measures to protect Customers’ personal data in compliance with applicable legislation.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions

TPM2 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to periodically check for updates.

10.2 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia, Goiás, are designated to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, regardless of privilege.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TPM2 and the Customer regarding its subject matter, superseding any prior agreements.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing TPM2 products, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
