5. RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
5.1 Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)
The Customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, applicable only to purchases made within Brazil, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
For international purchases, the automatic right of withdrawal does not apply, as described in section 5.4.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia, Goiás, are designated to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, regardless of privilege.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TPM2 and the Customer regarding its subject matter, superseding any prior agreements.
