At TPM2, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. We have established the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and warranties for our TPM 2.0 modules.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Domestic Purchases – Brazil) Customers have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. This right applies exclusively to purchases made within Brazilian territory.
2. Return Conditions For a return to be accepted, the product must:

In these cases, the customer must contact TPM2 within 7 days of receipt, including photos and a description of the issue. All international logistics costs, fees, taxes, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer. As an alternative, TPM2 may offer, at its discretion, a free replacement, partial refund, or credit for future purchases.
